Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note:

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages if items are fulfilled from different locations


🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping

  • Expedited Shipping

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after processing is complete.

Some items in our store are fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers.

For these items:

  • Processing and delivery times may vary

  • Items may ship separately from other products in your order

  • Expedited shipping may not be available

  • Tracking will be provided once the item ships

Any item fulfilled by a third party will still receive tracking information once available.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.


⏳ Shipping Delays

Daphne & Company is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)

  • Weather conditions

  • Peak shipping periods or holidays

  • Customs or transit disruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer


🏠 Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


πŸ“¦ Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Daphne & Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is missing:

  1. Contact the shipping carrier directly

  2. Notify us at info@dandcstore.com, and we will do our best to assist

We strongly recommend using a secure delivery location.


🏬 Local In-Store Pickup

Local Pickup is available for select items.

If you choose Local Pickup:

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready

  • Orders must be picked up during regular business hours
