Refund policy

🚫 FINAL SALE (NO RETURNS / NO EXCHANGES)

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit (online or in-store):

  • All formal dresses & gowns (including items made of satin, sequins, lace, tulle, mesh, glitter, beading, rhinestones, specialty fabric, or any “special occasion” construction)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Accessories (including jewelry, bags, belts, hair accessories, and similar items)

  • Bodysuits

  • Gift cards

  • Any item clearly marked “Final Sale” in the product description

Please note: Formal dresses are final sale across the board. We strongly encourage reviewing sizing charts and contacting us with questions before purchasing formalwear. We’re happy to help with fit, fabric, and styling. Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit — no exceptions aside from damage or incorrect item received.


✅ RETURNABLE ITEMS (NON-FORMAL ITEMS ONLY)

We accept returns on eligible non-formal items within 30 days of delivery (online orders) or purchase date (in-store purchases).

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Free of stains (including makeup, deodorant, perfume), smoke, pet hair, or odors

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging (when applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


🔁 RETURN PROCESSING FEE (NON-FORMAL RETURNS)

Approved returns for eligible, non-formal items are subject to a $10 return processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount (where applicable).

This fee helps cover inspection, processing, and restocking.


📦 ONLINE RETURNS (HOW TO START A RETURN)

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you would like to return

  • The reason for return (optional but helpful)

If your return is approved, we will send return instructions and next steps.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Items sent back without requesting a return first may not be accepted.


🏬 IN-STORE RETURNS (ELIGIBLE NON-FORMAL ITEMS ONLY)

Eligible items may be returned in-store within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for an in-store return, items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition

  • With original tags attached

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation email

In-store returns can be made at:

In-store returns are issued as store credit only (for eligible non-formal items), based on the condition of the item and the original payment method.


⚠️ DAMAGES, DEFECTS & WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at info@dandcstore.com as soon as possible.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue (and packaging if applicable)

We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.


❌ EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS (SUMMARY)

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Formal dresses & gowns (final sale)

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

  • Lingerie (final sale)

  • Swimwear (final sale)

  • Accessories (final sale)

  • Bodysuits (final sale)

  • Gift cards (final sale)


🔄 EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If your item is eligible for return, the fastest way to get a replacement is to:

  1. Request a return (if eligible), and

  2. Place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.


💳 REFUNDS (ONLINE ELIGIBLE RETURNS ONLY)

Once your eligible return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method minus the $10 return processing fee (where applicable) and any return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
